About

Assertive Industries LLP was incorporated in 2024 and started its operations with production of HPDC (Aluminium castings). We added facilities like the Tool Room and VMC, which brought the capability to provide machined parts and finished Aluminium castings.

We have a capable team and facility to Design and Manufacture :
– Dies (HPDC)
– Fixtures (Railways, Aerospace, R&D, Defense, Automobile)
– Test Rigs and Test Set-ups

We expanded our scope into Sand casting of Non-Ferrous metals like Aluminium Bronze, Copper, and Brass, with a capacity of 300 kg per day. We produce prototype parts in batch production for OEMs and Tier 1 Suppliers in the form of castings, machined parts, and assemblies. Finished casting parts like Graphite Bushes, Valve bodies, and Valve assemblies are supplied as per requirement.

Recently, we have started producing wear and tear parts to support HPDC industries, like Shot Sleeves, Adaptors, Pins, Ejector rods, and Material Handling equipment.

Prototype Manufacturing

  • Metal Prototype: We use sand casting, CNC machining, tool room machines to produce prototype as per Drawing.
  • 3D Printing: 3D scanning followed by CAD model and then 3D printing (SLA).
